I can fill a bucket of water on the floor if I want too......Never has a leak...nearly 4 years old...and I just love it.....wouldn't be without that handy feature ever again..........I feel it was worth the $800.00 investment. We used the pull out faucet - which was fine - but after 9 years was giving us a bit of a problem - little dripping every now and then. I agree with the first responder it was quite handy but I have to admit I didn't install one in my new kitchen. Having used both recently I would submit it really doesn't matter which you do if you get a good quality installation done.
